Multifactor authentication is a security mechanism that verifies a user’s identity by requiring multiple credentials. This article is intended to instruct UNCSA faculty, staff, and students on the importance of implementing multifactor authentication and how UNCSA will enforce the use of this stronger security feature, whereby UNCSA members can safely access their Microsoft Office 365 applications, VPN, and other single sign on applications while on and/or off campus. ![]()
